Our corporate branding is very eye-catching and this makes our To-Let boards unmistakable. Our Edinburgh head office is based in the fast-growing Chesser area, close to the city Centre, Financial District and ideal for several of the City’s universities; whilst our Aberdeen office is based on the main thoroughfare of Union Street, again ideally suited for access to all areas of the Granite City. We therefore get a high number of visitors through our doors every day and our office has digital advertising and property lists available for visitors to browse through.

HMO Specialists

As Edinburgh and Aberdeen are among the most popular university cities in the country, our managed portfolio contains a high percentage of “student” or multi-occupancy properties. We are experts at dealing with the complex and time-consuming House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licensing procedure. The process can (at times) be an arduous one, therefore we are happy to take this stress away and absorb it into our management of any HMO property. As well as being the law, having your property correctly licensed maximizes the potential of your property as HMO compliant properties tend to command a premium rent.

We are unique in the sense that we are able to offer both direct labour and out-sourced maintenance options. Our own operatives are able to deal with general maintenance and reactionary works and for more specialist works we have a bank of trust-worthy and skilled tradesmen that we can call on for any and all maintenance issues that may arise. The way we deal with maintenance can of course be tailored to suit, for example you may have your own preferred tradesmen or maintenance contracts set up, in which case we can work within your specified parameters.

Renovation & Refurbishment Services

Every property will, at some stage, require renovation or refurbishment which can both increase the rental return and reduce the time-to-let of the property. The private rented sector has blossomed over the last decad and a half and as such the standard of rental properties has risen accordingly.
